We manage your entire move, from pre-move planning through the final setup of your home. You have one point of contact managing the entire transition from start to finish.
Not every move requires a Move Concierge. But when your time is limited, your move is more complex, and you want a seamless transition from one home to the next, it makes all the difference.

Arrive to a beautifully organized, move-in ready home, thoughtfully set up around the way you live.
After your consultation, we'll create a custom proposal tailored to the scope and needs of your move. Third-party vendor services, packing supplies, and organizing products are quoted separately. A 50% deposit is required to book.
We manage the move, but do not provide transportation. As your Move Concierge, we coordinate with trusted moving partners and oversee the moving process, giving you one point of contact throughout the relocation.
Our moving partners handle the physical transportation of your belongings, including furniture, appliances, artwork, large or specialty items, and the boxes our team has packed.
Already have movers booked? We can coordinate with them as well.
The earlier, the better. We recommend booking 8–12 weeks in advance to allow time for thoughtful planning, preparation, and coordination. If your move is sooner, reach out anyway—we'll let you know what may be possible based on our availability, your scope, and your timeline.
Absolutely. While our local service area includes Jacksonville, St. Johns, St. Augustine, and surrounding areas, we also support clients relocating to or from other areas.
We can manage out-of-state relocations virtually using our network of trusted professionals throughout the U.S. When appropriate, we can also travel to select projects. Travel expenses outside our local service area are the client's responsibility.
Our goal is to minimize your involvement while keeping you involved in key decisions, particularly during pre-move preparation and decluttering.
For the new-home setup, we recommend giving our team at least one full week in an unoccupied home whenever possible. Some clients take a vacation, while others stay at a local hotel and move in once their home is ready. If you need to remain in the home, we'll work with you to determine the best approach.
We take the time to understand your home and how you live through a thorough pre-move consultation. We gather information about your belongings, routines, preferences, and how you use your space, along with photos and measurements.
Attention to detail is at the heart of our process. We use what we learn to create intuitive systems tailored to the way you actually live—not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Once your home is set up, we'll walk through the spaces with you and make any final adjustments.
