These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of flowandfunctionorganizing.com and any landing page, microsite, or other web property operated by Flow & Function Organizing Company, a Florida limited liability company ("Flow & Function," "we," "us," or "our") (collectively, the "Site").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site provides information about Flow & Function and the move concierge and professional organizing services we offer in Northeast Florida. It allows you to learn about our services, view examples of our work, and request a consultation.
The Site is informational. Using the Site does not create a client relationship, and we have no obligation to provide services to you unless and until we enter into a signed written agreement.
2. Information on the Site Is Not an Offer
All content on the Site, including service descriptions, package inclusions, and pricing, is provided for general informational purposes and is subject to change without notice.
Prices shown on the Site are starting prices only. They are illustrative and do not constitute a quote, an estimate, or an offer to contract. Actual pricing depends on the size, scope, and complexity of an individual project and is provided only in a written proposal following a consultation.
Service descriptions and package inclusions on the Site are summaries. The scope of any engagement is defined solely by a signed service agreement and proposal, which govern the services we provide.
3. Consultation Requests and Submissions
When you submit a consultation request or other form on the Site, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Submitting a form does not obligate us to provide services, and does not obligate you to purchase them.
Information you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If you provide a telephone number and consent to receive text messages, you may be contacted by SMS regarding your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
